Hi Mike - great comprehensive review Hubspot alternatives to each of the segments of the full platform. Realistically, to fully replace Hubspot, a company would need to supplement with multiple tools, then bear the burden of integration. No matter how much SaaS teams like to gloss over this piece, it's not beyond reality for the cost to set up and manage integrating multiple platforms to equal (or exceed) cost of the platforms themselves. The quotes we've seen clients get for this work are always higher than expected.

We often introduce SharpSpring as a viable alternative when full featured automation is warranted - it delivers 95% of the core features of Hubspot Enterprise at much less than 10% of the cost by the time you add up all the incremental charges Hubspot includes for their multiple models. Granted at $400 USD/month to start, it's a higher price point than the options you've offered up - but in terms of long term cost of ownership, we believe in setting a business up with an affordable platform that can grow with them for 3 to 5 years minimum because the cost of switching platforms can override the short term savings if a company is serious about growing.

SharpSpring delivers a:

* Solid CRM and sales management tools, with sales automation and opportunity workflows built in (no additional fees);
* Shopping cart integration built in (no additional fees);
* Solid email marketing automation with one of the best, most flexible and easy to set up conditional content systems I've ever come across.
* All those things you want to do in other platforms and end up having to code a bunch of workarounds to make happen are just there in SharpSpring. I particularly like their action groups feature that empower you to build re-usable automation widgets and include them in multiple workflows. Something changes - update the action group and voila! all your automations are current. Why do it multiple times when you can do it once and be done. Huge time saver.
* drag and drop landing page builder.
* flexible, drag and drop email building
* minimalistic blog
* integrated GDPR compliance
* social publishing
* marketing calendar
* more...

** In full disclosure, I have a relationship with BOTH SharpSpring and Hubspot and the platform I recommend is always based on the clients 3 - 5 year projected needs (including internal skills and staffing levels, support requirements and budget affordability). I do introduce scaled back "cheap and cheerful" options, but only when a client just can't afford it or their business simply won't benefit from the additional features.
